What's at Stake
Being removed from your safety-sensitive position puts your income, your CDL, and your professional future at risk. Family members are counting on you. Every day without a completed evaluation is another day you're not earning — and the process cannot begin until you take the first step.
The Process
The DOT return-to-duty process follows a federally mandated sequence. Joel handles the entire process — efficiently, professionally, and without unnecessary red tape.
A comprehensive face-to-face assessment — including a full biopsychosocial review and clinical screening — to determine the steps required under DOT regulations before you can return to duty. Bring your driver's license and a form of payment. Joel handles everything else.
Joel provides a formal written recommendation outlining any education or program requirements you must complete to satisfy DOT compliance. Many clients are able to avoid more intensive programs entirely.
After completing your requirements, you return for a follow-up evaluation to verify compliance and confirm you have the tools and support needed to maintain your progress. Your employer is kept informed throughout.
Joel provides the documentation your employer needs to authorize your return to safety-sensitive duties, along with a follow-up testing plan as required by DOT regulations.
